YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Chante, founder and certified Pilates instructor at Coru. The first time I stepped into a Pilates class, I felt something I hadn’t experienced in a long time — a deep, grounded connection with my body. That moment changed everything. It made me feel strong, present, and empowered — and that’s when I fell in love with Pilates.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others discover that same connection. We specialise in Reformer Pilates, offering a supportive and inclusive space where people of all levels can move mindfully, build strength, and feel at home in their bodies.
My goal is to guide you through a practice that not only improves your physical well-being but also creates space for mental clarity, confidence, and self-awareness. Whether you’re just starting or deepening your journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
