REFORMER PILATES

(Beginner to Intermediate)

Our Reformer Pilates classes use the Pilates Reformer machine to add gentle resistance, support, and challenge to your movement. This dynamic workout targets your core, improves posture, and strengthens your entire body while enhancing flexibility and joint stability.

 

Perfect for beginners and those with some experience, each class focuses on controlled, mindful movement with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and form. The Reformer allows for a wide range of motion and modifications, making it accessible yet effective for all fitness levels.

 

Whether you’re looking to tone muscles, improve balance, or support your overall wellness, Reformer Pilates offers a versatile, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling longer, stronger, and more aligned.

PILATES MUM

(For babies under 7 months, not crawling)

Our Mummy & Baby Pilates classes are designed especially for postnatal mums looking to rebuild strength, restore core function, and reconnect with their bodies — all while keeping baby close. Classes will be offered in both mat and reformer formats, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits you best.

 

Babies remain safely in their prams or car seats throughout the session, so you can focus on your movement with peace of mind. For safety reasons, these classes are just for mums with non-mobile babies — we’re not able to accommodate toddlers or older children in the studio.

 

Led by instructors experienced in postnatal care, this is a warm, supportive space to move, recover, and connect with other mums — all while spending quality time with your baby.

 

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (with medical clearance). All fitness levels welcome.
