CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Notice:

• Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled session to avoid being charged.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee or will lose a class credit if on a package.

 

2. No-Shows:

• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without any notice will be charged the full session fee or lose the class credit.

• Repeat no-shows (e.g., 3 or more) may result in a temporary hold on booking privileges until the client contacts the studio.

 

3. Late Arrivals:

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their session cancelled to avoid impacting other clients but will still be charged in full.

 

4. Package/Class Passes:

• Expired class passes or packages will not be refunded.

• Classes missed without proper cancellation will be deducted from the package.

 

5. Exceptions:

• Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis; clients should notify the studio as soon as possible.
