
Cancellation Notice:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will lose a class credit if on a package.
No-Shows:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without any notice will be charged the full session fee or lose the class credit.

Repeat no-shows (e.g., 3 or more) may result in a temporary hold on booking privileges until the client contacts the studio.
Late Arrivals:

Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will have their session cancelled to avoid impacting other clients but will still be charged in full.
Package/Class Passes:

Expired class passes or packages will not be refunded.

Classes missed without proper cancellation will be deducted from the packages.
Refund Policy:

Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once sessions or packages have been purchased, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended under any circumstances.
Member Purchase Policy:

Members may not purchase sessions for other participants. If you wish to purchase a gift card, it must be done directly through the studio. Any sessions purchased for anyone other than yourself will be cancelled and are non-refundable.
