
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Notice:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will lose a class credit if on a package.
No-Shows:
• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without any notice will be charged the full session fee or lose the class credit.
• Repeat no-shows (e.g., 3 or more) may result in a temporary hold on booking privileges until the client contacts the studio.
Late Arrivals:
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their session cancelled to avoid impacting other clients but will still be charged in full.
Package/Class Passes:
• Expired class passes or packages will not be refunded.
• Classes missed without proper cancellation will be deducted from the packages.
Refund Policy:
• Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Once sessions or packages have been purchased, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended under any circumstances.
